Refund policy
In case you are unsatisfied by the quality of any item, you may ask (by leaving us a message on our WhatsApp 0301 964 7658 ) for a refund of the said within 1 hour of delivery (in summers) and within 2hrs of delivery (in winters) and the amount for it will be refunded through bank transfer or balance will be adjusted in your next bill. For chicken and frozen items, however, the refund policy only applies till when the order is delivered to you and you accept the order and pay the rider for it. There is no refund on frozen items, pickles and chutnis if you are not satisfied with the taste of the said as taste preferences may vary for each person. Please note; picture of the product received is mandatory to initiate the refund process.
We guarantee the highest quality fresh produce which is handpicked for each order. As all our items are perishable in nature and we do not use any preservatives, no refund will be entertained for complaints forwarded after the stipulated time.
Exchange:
We do not offer any exchanges.
Returns (undelivered):
If a parcel is returned undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer or the customer not responding to calls/messages on the delivery day, future orders from the same customer will not be entertained. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that accurate and complete shipping details are provided at the time of order placement and to be available to receive the delivery on the designated day.
Cancellation:
No order may be cancelled or rescheduled (change delivery date) on delivery day. In case of such, no future orders will be entertained.
